Looking back to the days of the Vikings, the so called age of discovery, colonialism, imperialism, the BIG Lies that resulted in the rape for oil of Iraq and Libya, the planned turning of the ‘war on terror’ on the people, full body airport scanning, GPS tracking of every phone, every email, the militarization of local police – can any one in their right mind believe all this is by and for the people? Totalitarian systems always begin by rewriting the law. CA Bill 2109, for example, masquerading as a vaccine safety issue. It is not.

According to this so-called “emergency ordinance” no group (Women in Black, Labor Unions, Vets for Peace, CopWatch, Church Groups, Political Parties, etc.) would be allowed to hang their banners, flags or signs. No one would be allowed to put up a temporary wind or rain break. No one would be allowed to put up a temporary stage (“self-standing structure”). No candlelight vigils past 9:30pm. No sharing food. No one could stake a sign or flag in the grass or planter.

There are now 1,271 government agencies and 1,931 private companies that work on programs related to counterterrorism, homeland security and intelligence in about 10,000 locations across the United States, The Washington Post reported in a 2010 series by Dana Priest and William M. Arken. There are 854,000 people with top-secret security clearances, the reporters wrote, and in Washington, D.C., and the surrounding area 33 building complexes for top-secret intelligence work are under construction or have been built since September 2011.
Investigative reporter James Bamford wrote in the latest issue of Wired magazine that the National Security Agency is building the largest spy center in the country in Bluffdale, Utah, as part of a secret NSA surveillance program code-named “Stellar Wind.” Bamford noted that the NSA has established listening posts throughout the country to collect, store and examine billions of email messages and phone calls.
If we lose this case it will hand to the vast network of operatives and agencies that investigate and demonize anyone who is not subservient to the corporate state the power to detain citizens and strip them of due process. It will permit the security and surveillance state to brand as terrorists any nonviolent protesters and movements, along with social and political critics, that in the government’s imagination have any trace of connection to al-Qaida or “associated forces.”
Laws are changed. The people the system pretends to serve and protect become the enemy. The 1% treat thereenemy as cows to be distracted, herded, dumbed down with TV, fluoride in the water, sterilizing agents in mass vaccinations, infected with lab produced auto-immune agents, forced to attend policed schools for at least 10,400 mind conditioning hours – paid for by their families, or got to jail.
Public schools are coming to resemble military and prison facilities with an increasing presence of security apparatus, check points, metal detectors, mobile surveillance cameras, chain link fences, police on campus, surprise and even strip searches for students. We can now expect naked body scanners as part of the prom night experience and more and more elementary and pre-school school students handcuffed, taken away in police cars and charged with “felony offences”. Why are places like Humboldt County imposing laws intended to crush civil liberties, gag freedom of speech, make it illegal to protest, to gather, to march, carry signs, give voice to the victimization of millions of families evicted from their homes by fraudulent banking practices, all coordinated by the Department of Homeland Security? Little has changed down through the ages except the use of increasingly sophisticated technologies to condition, distract and herd the people. We may not be cows but we are frogs and the heat is being not-so-slowly turned up.
