Shannon Hayes works with her family raising grassfed livestock on Sap Bush Hollow Farm in West Fulton, NY. She holds a bachelors in Creative Writing from SUNY Binghamton, and a Masters and Ph.D. in Sustainable Agriculture and Community Development from Cornell University.
