Dr. Ken Rigby is an ex-school teacher, currently Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychology in the School of Education at the University of South Australia. He has published widely in both academic and professional journals, especially on peer victimisation, and is the author of four books on bullying, the latest being New Perspectives on Bullying: see http://www.education.unisa.edu.au/bullying/. In 2002 he completed a meta-evaluation of methods and approaches to reducing bullying in pre-schools and in early primary school in Australia for the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department, Canberra. He has four children and a growing number of grandchildren, nine at the latest count.
