| Description | Training as a baker and working as a professional chef for 17 years has led me on many wonderful discoveries about the powers of food! As a baker it was all about wheat, sugar and dairy and I loved it! But as my self-development grew so did my knowledge about the healing powers of food. But when I first heard about raw food I said ”Why would anyone only eat carrot sticks and celery when there is pasta in the world?” Nine years on and I am a professional Raw Food Chef and teacher. I love my work and the difference it makes to people’s lives. From teaching classes it is always a pleasure to debunk the myth that Raw Food is carrot sticks.
