Antonella Sansone
Dr. Antonella Sansone is a mother, integrative health and clinical psychologist, mindfulness/embodiment facilitator, author and artist. She received a doctoral degree from Bond University, Australia. Her research, clinical and educational focus is on the associations between maternal mental health, mindfulness, embodiment and mother-baby relationship during pregnancy and postpartum, indigenous wisdom and the prenatal origins of health and human flourishing and life sustainability on Earth. Antonella is the creator of the Prenatal Mindfulness Relationship-Based (PMRB) program, the first program that combines mindful awareness practice with prenatal psychology education, and awareness of the unborn baby as a sentient communicative being and coins the “embodied nurturing relationship” reconceptualising Attachment. She is the author of three books – Mothers, Babies and their Body Language, Working with Parents and Infants: A Mind-Body Integrations Perspective, and Cultivating Mindfulness to Raise Children Who Thrive: Why Human Connection from Before Birth Matters - two to be published, and several articles.
