See the story by Lisa Reagan describing the term here.

Below is an excerpt:

What new stories would be tell if our lives were informed by deep rootedness as well as a worldviewthat transcended cultural mayhem and degradation? How would our culturally programmed limited beliefs be easily transformed by a greater vision, a New Story of our Human Family if we, like the Mother Tree, became masters of Grounded Expansion? In human development, our rootedness in Life is developed by providing our Evolved Nest, our evolutionary pathway to wellbeing. And our innate Big Picture capacity our Evolved Nest provides makes possible our Kinship Worldview. We explore both of these concepts, and their practical individual and collective applications, at Kindred.

If you are feeling a need to stretch beyond the din of our current cultural contraction and move into a more expansive worldview, here are a few resources for you to explore.

Or, as Ents are still allies of the free peoples of Middle-earth, and this Earth, you could just find your local Mother Tree Ent and sit with her for a while. She can also help you go deep and rise above this season.

This short film in an accompaniment to the acclaimed book, The Evolved Nest, by Darcia Narvaez and G.A. Bradshaw. Read the foreword to the book by Gabor Maté, MD, here, and the first chapter of the book, here. Both are exclusively found on Kindred. The goal of Reimagining Humanity is to expand human imagination, based in deep history and transdisciplinary science, about human potential.
